Shipping and Handling Fees

There are no additional shipping and handling fees for any merchandise being shipped within the continental US. For residents of Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us directly to determine the shipping rates for your merchandise. Currently, we have no opportunity to ship merchandise internationally.

All of your credit card transactions at BikeShop.com are safe. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

In several instances we may ask for you to provide us with information about you and/or your company. The following is a summary of the information we request, arranged by site location, and details on how we use this information.

We ask for your shipping and billing information so we may send you your order. We ask for credit card information in order to fulfill your order and provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment. We currently do not share your name and address with any other companies. However, if we were to decide to do so in the future, you will have the choice of whether or not to participate.
